Best Ever Vegan Caesar Dressing Recipe
-2 Tbsp Pure Mylk-Almond
-2 Tbsp Olive oil
-1/4 cup water
-1 Tbsp Horseradish mustard
-1 Tbsp lemon juice
-1 Tbsp ACV
-1 clove garlic
-1/2 tsp capers
-1 Tbsp white miso paste
Blend together and stop your favorite Caesar salad recipe. Best to let the dressing sit in the fridge for some time to let the flavors marry.
Keeps in the fridge for 1 week.
Creamy Garlicy Asian Marinade
2 Tbsp Pure Mylk- Almond Concentrate
3 Tbsp Tamari
1 clove garlic
½ cup water
Dash red pepper flakes (or more to make it spicier, that’s how we like it)
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until it's all combined. Enjoy on chicken, veggies, or fish.
Nutty Miso Lemon dressing
TSBP miso paste
1 TBSP Pure Mylk- Almond Concentrate
½ lemon, juice
Pepper
½ Tsp garlic powder
1 TSP tamari
Splash apple cider vinegar
Use hot water to dilute/melt and mix miso and nut pastes until they soften. Blend together and enjoy! Tastes delicious on EVERYTHING!
Sweet Potato Toasts
Ingredients:
• Sweet Potato
• Pure Mylk- Almond Concentrate
• Mixed Berry’s or fruit of choice
• Optional: chia seeds, coconut flakes, granola
Slice sweet potatoes into ¼ inch rounds and toast until they reach, your desired crispness. Smear some Pure Mylk-Almond Concentrate on the sweet potato rounds and top with mixed berries. I liked to add some fun topping and use whatever I have on hand like coconut flakes, chia seeds, or granola.
